MULTI COMPONENT GAS ANALYZER SYSTEM
The HAK GA200/X‐CD/HW is a multi‐component analyzer system designed to measure IR absorbing gases, oxygen and many other components. This system can be installed in many industrial applications, e.g. for emission, Process and ambient monitoring.

Probe system and sample line
Probe system for different kind of application consists of probe, filter unit, heater and sample line. Probe system comes with integrated Ceramic filter unit which prevent the dust particle entering the sample line. The purge air unit is an integral part of probe system which purges the probe with purge air in regular interval. In addition probe system is equipped with ring heater which prevents the condensation of water. Two types of sample lines (heated sample or Teflon tube) are used according the application.
Gas Conditioning
Gas condition unit includes filter, Gas Cooler, Condensation pump, Condensation monitors, Sample pump, and flow meter. Each and every Gas conditionings are designed as per the application and usage. The sample pump suck the gas from the process which is then fed in to universal filter and then to the gas cooler in which the gas is cooled to 5 degree to remove the condensation from the sample. This sample passes through flow meter and condensation monitor before feeding to the gas analyzer. Condensate water and outlet of from gas analyzer are then dispatched out.
Gas analyzer
Different types of Gas analyzer are used with in the analyzer cabinet according to the customer and usage application. And having the vast knowledge and capability to integrate different type of gas analyzers into same analyzer cabinet equipped with conditioning units. The commonly used analyzers are from SICK, SIEMENS, ABB or customer preferable brands can be integrated into HAK gas analyzer cabinets. Complete control via separate PLC is giving our customers the capability to keep the complete gas analyzer system running with working analyzer units in case of any defects analyzer unit without interrupting the system.
Shelter (optional)
Schematic piping ‐ example
The shelter gives a safe and robust enclosure for the gas analyzer units and it’s equipped with power distribution, communication panels in accordance with Air conditioning, gas cylinder mounting and special features depending up on the gas analyzer used. Shelter comes with emergency shut down of the system depending up on the internal temperature.
